US grown Liberty has similar aroma and flavour characteristics to the German grown Hallertau hops. It is an aromatic hop which is slightly spicy with subtle fresh lemon and citrus character. Typical beer styles include Wheat beer, Bock, Klosch, Pilsner & Lager.
