Named for the Haitian god of Agriculture, Azacca delivers strong mango & papaya flavour with tropical fruit & fresh cut citrus. Noted more for it’s use as a late addition & dry-hop.It is well suited to New England IPA where a juicy tropical hop flavour & aroma is desired. Well suited to single hop variety beers due to its complex character.
