Light golden easy drinking summer session ale. Nice malt profile, firm bitterness and pleasant hop aroma and flavour. Recommended yeasts: Mangrove Jacks M44 ,  Mangrove Jacks M42 Safale US-05, 

Recommended dry hopping - Galaxy, Vic Secret, Mosaic, Citra. Simple instructions - Pour directly into a sanitised fermenter, top up with approximately 3 litres of cold water and add yeast. Total volume will be be 20 litres.
