A hoppy ale with loads of the best of the Pacific Rim hops Sorachi Ace, Galaxy, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. An easy drinking session ale with a malty backbone using Australian pale malt and Briess Caramel 60. Recommended yeasts: Mangrove Jacks M44 ,  Mangrove Jacks M42 Safale US-05, .

Recommended dry hopping -  Citra, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. Simple instructions - Pour directly into a sanitised fermenter, top up with approximately 3 litres of cold water and add yeast. Total volume will be 20 litres.
