A rich and intense multi-layered stout featuring complex malt flavours of chocolate and roast coffee backed by an assertive hop bitterness. This is a strong beer approximately 9.5% abv.
Recommended yeasts: We recommend 2 packets of yeast due to the high original gravity of 1.095. For new age American Stout try Safale US-05, Mangrove Jacks M44, M42 or M36. Or for more traditional Irish Style Try Safale S04
. Simple instructions - Pour directly into a sanitised fermenter, top up with approximately 3 litres of cold water and add yeast. Total volume will be 20 litres.
