Milk stout is a luscious black beer with chocolate characters on both the nose and the palate and full bodied. It is delicious blend of base and dark malts and of course lactose. Recommended yeasts: For new age American Stout try Safale US-05, Mangrove Jacks M44, M42. Or for more traditional Irish Style Try Safale S04 Recommended dry hopping - For a New World / American Style stout try Cascade. Simple instructions - Pour directly into a sanitised fermenter, top up with approximately 3 litres of cold water and add yeast. Total volume will be be 20 litres.
