A New Zealand style Pilsner made with all Pilsner malt and is generously hopped with all New Zealand  Motueka hops.

Recommended yeasts Mangrove Jacks Bavarian Lager M76 , Mangrove Jacks Bohemian Lager M84  or  Saf Lager S23 or Saflager W3470 .

 Recommended dry hopping - Choose Saaz for a traditional PIlsner OR New World Pilsner choose from Halertau Blanc, Motueka or Liberty Hops

Simple instructions - Pour directly into a sanitised fermenter, top up with approximately 3 litres of cold water and add yeast. Total volume will be 20 litres.
