It is a great and versatile yeast option for a Bavarian style wheat beer/ weizen, & other wheat beer variants.A top fermenting strain, it works fast, with a high temperature tolerance. Typically a bit lower in esters than other wheat strains but still has plenty of typical wheat beer notes to taste and for the nose. Brews best between 17- 28 degrees C.
