This booster makes use of dark malt to bolster the flavour of any stout. Added corn syrup adds further mouthfeel and aids head retention. The addition of lactose imparts a slight sweetness, a smooth texture as well as a thick and creamy head. Add this booster to any stout to make it into a delicious milk stout. We always recommend the extra addition of a quality ale yeast when making stout.
